Information we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, property suburb, service requested, preferred timing, message, and uploaded photos or documents.

How we use it

We use this information to understand the job, contact you, arrange a visit where appropriate, prepare a quote and communicate with you about the work. We do not use uploaded customer photos as gallery content without permission.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host this website, store files privately and protect forms from spam with Turnstile. Resend delivers enquiry and acknowledgement emails. Uploaded files are stored privately and may also be attached to the enquiry email sent to UGEN.

Website measurement

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website usage and performance. We may also use the Google tag to measure successful quote requests and phone-link clicks, and to understand whether those actions followed a Google ad. These services may process device, browser, page and advertising-cookie information. We do not send your enquiry message, uploaded files, name, email address or phone number in these conversion events.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to assess the job, communicate with you, provide services, meet business obligations or resolve a dispute. Access is limited to people who need the information for those purposes.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about personal information you’ve submitted through this website, or request correction or deletion where applicable. Please don’t upload sensitive or unrelated documents.
